حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا سَلَّامٌ الطَّوِيلُ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ تَعَالَى: «ابْنَ آدَمَ تَفَرَّغْ لِعِبَادَتِي أَمْلَأْ قَلْبَكَ غِنًى، وَامْلَأْ يَدَيْكَ رِزْقًا، ابْنَ آدَمَ لَا تَبَاعَدْ عَنِّي فَأَمْلَأْ قَلْبَكَ فَقْرًا، وَأَمْلَأْ يَدَيْكَ شُغْلًا»
Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Your Lord, the Exalted, said: 'O son of Adam! Devote yourself to My worship, and I will fill your heart with contentment and fill your hands with provision. O son of Adam! Do not distance yourself from Me, or else I will fill your heart with poverty and fill your hands with preoccupation.'"
