حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ غُلَيْبٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ زَبَّانَ بْنِ فَايِدٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مِنَ الْعِبَادِ عَبَّادٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ» ، قَالُوا: مَنْ أُولَئِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «مُتَبَرِّئٌ مِنْ وَالِدَيْهِ رَاغِبٌ عَنْهُمَا، وَمُتَبَرِّئٌ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ، وَرَجُلٌ أَنْعَمَ عَلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ نِعْمَةً فَكَفَرَ بِنِعْمَتِهِمْ وَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the servants there will be some worshippers to whom Allah Almighty will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, nor will He look at them." The Companions said: O Messenger of Allah! Who are they? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One who disowns his parents and turns away from them, one who disowns his child, and a man upon whom some people bestowed a favour, and he denied their favour and disowned them."
