Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17556 — the Prophet ﷺ said: That I see off

حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ زَبَّانَ بْنِ فَايِدٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «لِأَنْ أُشَيِّعَ مُجَاهِدًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، فَأُعِينَهُ عَلَى غَدْوَةٍ أَوْ رَوْحَةٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That I see off a mujahid in the path of Allah and help him on his morning or evening departure is dearer to me than the world and everything in it."
