Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17494 — I was the third of three men who used

Ibn al-Daylami (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I was the third of three men who used to serve Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him). When the time of his death came, we said to him: "May Allah have mercy on you! We kept your company, devoted ourselves to you and followed you precisely for a day like this, so narrate to us a hadith you heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that we may benefit from." He said: "Very well, and this is no hour for lying! I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'Whoever dies while being certain of three things: that Allah is the Truth, that the Hour is coming, and that Allah will raise those who are in the graves.'" Ibn Sirin (the narrator) said: I do not remember whether he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He will enter Paradise," or said: "He is saved from the Fire."
