عبد خير بن يزيد الخيواني، عن معاذ
Abd Khayr bin Yazid al-Khaywani from Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17448 — he said: The Qur'an was revealed
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ أَبُو يَحْيَى، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الدَّهَّانُ، عَنْ أَسْبَاطِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: «أُنْزِلَ الْقُرْآنُ مِنْ سَبْعَةِ أَبْوَابٍ عَلَى سَبْعَةِ أَحْرُفٍ كُلُّهَا شَافٍ كَافٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Qur'an was revealed from seven gates, upon seven modes (ahruf), each of which is healing and sufficient."
