حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ: أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ: " إِنِّي لَأُحِبُّكَ يَا مُعَاذُ، لَا تَدَعْ أَنْ تَقُولَ فِي كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ: اللهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ " وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ الصُّنَابِحِيَّ
Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) took hold of my hand and said: "O Mu'adh! I love you. Do not neglect to say in every prayer: O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You well." Ibn Lahi'ah did not mention al-Sunabihi (in this chain).
