جابر بن عبد الله بن عمرو بن حرام بن ثعلبة الأنصاري يكنى أبا عبد الله ويقال أبو عبد الرحمن
Jabir bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Haram bin Tha'labah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), his kunyah was Abu Abdullah, and it is said Abu Abd al-Rahman

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: " كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ قَالَ جَابِرٌ: وَأَخْرِجْنِي خَالِي وَأَنَا لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ بِحَجَرٍ "
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on the night of the Pledge of al-Aqabah. Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: My maternal uncle took me there, while I did not even have the strength to throw a stone.
