Yusuf, Abu Muhammad, freed slave of Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), from Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16827 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever forgets

حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنْ نَسِيَ شَيْئًا مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever forgets something in his prayer, let him perform two prostrations."
