حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الشَّاذَكُونِيُّ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، ثنا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ «يُصَلِّي فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ»
Talhah bin Yahya (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates, through Ubaydullah bin Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him), from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray in a single garment.
