Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16676 — when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Malik bin al-Huwayrith (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said the takbir, he would raise both his hands until they were level with his ears, and when he raised his head from bowing he would do the same.
