أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن، عن أبي أسيد
Abu Salamah bin Abd al-Rahman from Abu Usayd (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16639 — he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَيْرُ الْأَنْصَارِ بَنُو النَّجَّارِ، ثُمَّ بَنُو عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ، ثُمَّ بَنُو سَاعِدَةَ، ثُمَّ بَنُو الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Usayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best of the Ansar are Banu al-Najjar, then Banu Abd al-Ashhal, then Banu Sa'idah, then Banu al-Harith bin al-Khazraj."
