Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16236 — when his excuse was revealed

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ الْقَاضِي، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ لَمَّا «نَزَلَ عُذْرُهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَبَّلَهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that when his excuse was revealed (in the form of the acceptance of his repentance), he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), took his (peace and blessings be upon him) hand and kissed it.
