Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1582 — he came to Madinah concerning the ransom

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to Madinah concerning the ransom (of prisoners), and he was at that time a polytheist. He entered the mosque while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying Maghrib, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited Surah al-Tur. It was as if the recitation of the Qur'an split my heart.
