حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَا: ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمُؤَدِّبُ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُفِّنَ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ سُحُولِيَّيْنِ أَبْيَضَيْنِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was shrouded in two white Suhuli garments (from Suhul, a place in Yemen).
