Abu Mabad, the freed slave of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) from al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَشِيَّةَ عَرَفَةَ، وَغَدَاةَ جَمْعٍ حِينَ دَفَعُوا: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ» وَهُوَ كَافٌّ نَاقَتَهُ حَتَّى بَلَغَ مُحَسِّرًا، وَقَالَ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِحَصَى الْخَذْفِ الَّذِي يُرْمَى بِهِ الْجِمَارُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the evening of Arafah and the morning of Muzdalifah, when they set off: "Adopt calm and tranquillity." And he was holding back his she-camel until he reached the valley of Muhassir, and he said: "You must use small pebbles, the kind with which the Jamarat are stoned."
