Amir al-Shabi from Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15679 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا رُقْيَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ أَعْيَنٍ أَوْ حُمَةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no ruqyah (incantation) except for the evil eye or a venomous sting."
