Abdullah bin Shaqiq al-Uqayli (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I was walking with Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), and we reached the mosque of Basrah. There Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) was sitting, and Sukbah, a man of the tribe of Aslam from the Companions of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), was standing and offering the Duha (forenoon) prayer. Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: O Imran, can you not pray as Sukbah prays? - and he was saying it as though aiming it at him (Imran). The narrator said: Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) remained silent and we walked on. Then Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I was walking with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) when we came facing Uhud, and we climbed it. He (peace and blessings be upon him) looked out over Madinah and said: "Woe to its mother, a town whose people will leave it when it is at its best! The Dajjal will come to it but will not be able to enter it; he will find at each of its entrances an angel with a drawn sword." Then we came down. Then we came to the mosque, and a man was praying. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Who is this?" I said: So-and-so, and I began praising him for his conduct. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not let him hear it, lest you break his back." Then he raised both my hands and said: "The best of your religion is the easiest of it." Imam Abu al-Qasim al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Al-A'mash narrated it in this way from Abu Bishr, from Abdullah bin Shaqiq, from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), "whereas Shu'bah and Abu Awanah differed from him; they narrated it from Abu Abdullah bin Shaqiq, from Raja' bin Abi Raja', from Mihjan bin al-Adra'."
