حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الصَّائِغُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَكِيعِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ، إِنْ وُلِّيتُمْ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ يَوْمًا، فَلَا تَمْنَعُوا طَائِفًا يَطُوفُ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ، أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ سَاعَاتِ اللَّيْلِ، وِ النَّهَارِ»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf! If one day you are given this responsibility, do not prevent anyone performing tawaf of this House at any hour of the night or the day."
