حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَدِيثِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ الْمَكِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «قِيَامُ رَجُلٍ فِي صَفٍّ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ عُبَادَةِ سِتِّينَ سَنَةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man's standing in the rank in the path of Allah is better than sixty years of worship."
