حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: لَمَّا نِمْنَا عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ، فَاسْتَيْقَظْنَا، قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَلَا نُصَلِّي كَذَا وَكَذَا صَلَاةً؟ فَقَالَ: «أَيَنْهَانَا رَبُّنَا عَنِ الرِّبَا وَيَقْبَلُهُ مِنَّا؟ إِنَّمَا التَّفْرِيطُ فِي الْيَقَظَةِ»
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When we slept through the prayer and then woke up, we said: O Messenger of Allah, shall we not pray such-and-such prayer? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Would our Lord forbid us usury (riba) and then accept it from us? Negligence is only in the state of wakefulness."
