حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْمَازِنِيُّ، ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: سِرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةً، فَعَرَّسَ بِنَا تَعْرِيسَةً إِلَى آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ، فَاسْتَيْقَظْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَالَ: «الرَّحِيلَ الرَّحِيلَ» ، فَارْتَحَلْنَا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتِ الشَّمْسُ فِي كَبِدِ السَّمَاءِ نَزَلَ وَأَمَرَ بِلَالًا، فَأَذَّنَ وَصَلَّى كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنَّا رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى بِنَا فَقُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَنُعِيدُ مِنَ الْغَدِ لِوَقْتِهَا؟ قَالَ: «نَهَانَا اللهُ عَنِ الرِّبَا وَيَقْبَلُهُ مِنَّا؟»
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We travelled with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) one night, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) made a brief halt with us until the last part of the night. Then we woke up with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and the sun had already risen. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Move on, move on." So we set off until, when the sun was in the middle of the sky, he (peace and blessings be upon him) halted and ordered Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), who called the adhan, and each one of us prayed two rak'ahs; then he (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in prayer. We said: O Messenger of Allah, shall we repeat it tomorrow at its proper time? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Has Allah forbidden us usury (riba) and then He would accept it from us?"
