Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15377 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا يَاسِينُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ كَنِيزٍ السَّقَّاءُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ اللَّقِيطِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّلَاحِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling weapons during times of fitnah (civil strife).
