حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ، ثنا هَوْذَةُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ، ثنا عَوْفٌ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اطَّلَعْتُ فِي النَّارِ، فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا النِّسَاءَ، وَاطَّلَعْتُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ»
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: It reached me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I looked into Hell and saw that most of its inhabitants were women, and I looked into Paradise and saw that most of its inhabitants were the poor."
