حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ فُلَانًا يَصُومُ الدَّهْرَ قَالَ: «لَا صَامَ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ»
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, so-and-so fasts perpetually." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He has neither fasted nor broken his fast."
