It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Day of Arafah, the Day of Sacrifice (Nahr) and the Days of Tashriq are our Eid, the people of Islam, and they are days of eating and drinking."
