Mansur bin al-Mu'tamir from Rib'i bin Hirash
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14726 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Among the words
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو عُمَرَ الضَّرِيرُ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلَامِ النُّبُوَّةِ الْأُولَى إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the words of the earlier prophethood that have reached people is this: If you have no shame, then do as you wish."
