Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14712 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Among the words

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ الْأُولَى قَوْلَ الرَّجُلِ: إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the words of the earlier prophethood that have reached the people is this saying: If you have no shame, then do whatever you wish."
