حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: أَشَارَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ: «الْإِيمَانُ هَاهُنَا الْإِيمَانُ هَاهُنَا، أَلَا إِنَّ الْقَسْوَةَ وَغِلَظَ الْقُلُوبِ فِي الْفَدَّادِينَ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ فِي رَبِيعَةَ، وَمُضَرَ»
Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards Yemen and said: "Faith is here, faith is here. Beware! Hardness and coarseness of heart are among the loud-voiced herdsmen, where the horn of Satan rises, in Rabi'ah and Mudar."
