Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14636 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْجَفَاءُ وَالْقَسْوَةُ وَغِلَظُ الْقُلُوبِ فِي الْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ عِنْدَ أُصُولِ أَذْنَابِ الْإِبِلِ مِنْ رَبِيعَةَ وَمُضَرَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Harshness, hardness and coarseness of heart are found among the loud-voiced bedouins who live by the tails of their camels, from (the tribes of) Rabi'ah and Mudar."
