Alqamah bin Qays from Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14615 — the Prophet ﷺ said: The last two verses
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوسِ بْنِ كَامِلٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرِ، عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْآيَتَينِ فِي آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ، مَنْ قَرَأَ بِهِمَا فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The last two verses of Surah al-Baqarah: whoever recites them at night, they will suffice him."
