Amr al-Bikali (may Allah be pleased with him), whose being a Companion is disputed
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14162 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الدَّبَّاسُ، ثَنَا مُجَّاعَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْعَتَكِيُّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو الْبِكَالِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ يَأْمُرُونَكُمْ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ وَالْجِهَادِ، فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ سَبَّهُمْ وَحَلَّ لَكُمُ الصَّلَاةَ خَلْفَهُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr al-Bikali (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "When you have rulers over you who command you to pray, to pay zakah and to perform jihad, then Allah has forbidden you to revile them and has made it lawful for you to pray behind them."
