حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُقْبِلٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ لِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «انْهُ قَوْمَكَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ؛ فَإِنَّهُ حَرَامٌ مِنَ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Sufyan al-Muharibi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Forbid your people from nabidh made in earthenware jars, for it is forbidden by Allah and His Messenger."
