حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، قَالَ: قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَلَقِيَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَلَامٍ، فَقَالَ: «انْطَلِقْ مَعِي إِلَى الْمَنْزِلِ تُصَلِّي فِي مَسْجِدٍ صَلَّى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَتَشْرَبُ فِي قَدَحٍ شَرِبَ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ» ، فَانْطَلَقْتُ مَعَهُ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ فَصَلَّيْتُ فِي مَسْجِدِهِ، وَأَطْعَمَنِي تَمْرًا، وَسَقَانِي سَوِيقًا
Abu Burdah narrates: I came to Madinah, and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Salam (may Allah be pleased with him) met me and said: "Come home with me; you will pray in a mosque in which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed, and you will drink from a cup from which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) drank." So I went with him to his house, prayed in his mosque, and he fed me dates and gave me sawiq (barley gruel) to drink.
