ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " من غرائب مسند ثوبان رضي الله عنه يكنى أبا عبد الله ويقال: هو من اليمن، من حمير مولى آل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ويقال أصابه سبي فاشتراه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فأعتقه كان يسكن حمص، مات سنة أربع
Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him), client of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (among the rare reports of the Musnad of Thawban); his kunyah was Abu Abdullah; it is said he was from Himyar in Yemen, a client of the family of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and it is said he was taken captive and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) bought him and freed him; he lived in Hims and died in the year 54

اُردوEn
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ تَرَكَ كَنْزًا مُثِّلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعٌ أَقْرَعُ لَهُ زَبِيبَتَانِ يَتْبَعُهُ فَيَقُولُ: أَنَا كَنْزُكَ الَّذِي تَرَكْتَهُ بَعْدَكَ، فَمَا يَزَالُ يَتْبَعُهُ حَتَّى يُلْقِمَهُ يَدَهُ فَيَمْضُغُهَا ثُمَّ يُتْبِعُهُ سَائِرَ جَسَدِهِ "
It is narrated with the same chain that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever leaves behind a treasure, on the Day of Resurrection it will be made to appear for him as a bald serpent with two black spots (over its eyes). It will follow him and say: I am your treasure that you left behind you. It will keep following him until he puts his hand into its mouth, and it will chew it; then it will swallow the rest of his body in the same way."
