Al-Qasim bin Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: "It is from the Sunnah of the pilgrim that he prays Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha and Fajr at Mina on the Day of Tarwiyah (the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah); then he sets out in the morning and takes a midday rest wherever Allah has written for him; then, when the sun has passed its zenith, he proceeds (towards Arafah) and addresses the people; then he dismounts and combines the two prayers, Zuhr and Asr; then he stands at Arafah, and departs when the sun has set; then he prays Maghrib wherever Allah has decreed for him; then he stands at Muzdalifah, and when dawn breaks he prays Fajr; then he departs once it has become light; and when he has stoned the Jamrah, everything that had been forbidden to him becomes lawful for him except women, until he performs the Tawaf of the House."
