Abu al-Husayn from Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13726 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، قَالَ: أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَزْدِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ، قَالَ: ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا مِنَ الذِّكْرِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَلَا مِنَ الدُّعَاءِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الِاسْتِغْفَارِ» ، ثُمَّ تَلَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " {فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْبِكَ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ} [محمد: ١٩] "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no remembrance better than La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah), and no supplication better than seeking forgiveness." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: "So know that there is no god but Allah, and seek forgiveness for your sin and for the believing men and the believing women" [Surah Muhammad: 19].
