Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13723 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَلُولٍ، قَالَ: ثنا الْمُقْرِئُ، قَالَ: ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي إِحْدَى يَدَيْهِ ذَهَبٌ، وَفِي الْأُخْرَى حَرِيرٌ، فَقَالَ: «هَذَانِ حَرَامٌ عَلَى ذُكُورِ أُمَّتِي، حِلٌّ لِإِنَاثِهَا»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to us with gold in one of his hands and silk in the other, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "These two are forbidden to the men of my Ummah and lawful for its women."
