حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبِي، قَالَ: ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ» . قَالَ: فَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ: ائْتُونِي بِرَجُلٍ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَلَكُمْ عَلَيَّ أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him; then if he drinks again, flog him; then if he drinks a third time, flog him; then if he drinks a fourth time, kill him." The narrator said: So Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: Bring me a man who has drunk wine three times, and I pledge to you that I will strike off his neck.
