عطاء بن أبي رباح، عن ابن عمر
Ata bin Abi Rabah from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13552 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: No
اُردوEn
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ مُؤْمِنٍ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللهِ قَبْلَ الْمَوْتِ بِشَهْرٍ إِلَّا قَبِلَ اللهُ مِنْهُ وَأَدْنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ، وَقَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِيَوْمٍ أَوْ سَاعَةٍ يَعْلَمُ اللهُ مِنْهُ التَّوْبَةَ وَالْإِخْلَاصَ إِلَّا قَبِلَ اللهُ مِنْهُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No believing servant repents to Allah a month before his death except that Allah accepts it from him, and even less than that; and even a day or an hour before his death, if Allah knows sincere repentance and devotion from him, He accepts it from him."
