Sadaqah bin Yasar al-Makki from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13517 — he saw the Prophet ﷺ call out

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ صَبِيحٍ، ثنا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ، عَنْ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ: «رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُهِلُّ حِينَ تَسْتَهِلُّ بِهِ رَاحِلَتُهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) call out the talbiyah when his mount stood up straight with him (peace and blessings be upon him) upon it.
