Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13428 — the Prophet ﷺ forbade mutilation

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade mutilation (disfiguring a body by cutting off its limbs).
