Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13425 — he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ أَهْلَ النَّارِ يُعَظَّمُونَ فِي النَّارِ حَتَّى يَصِيرَ مَا بَيْنَ شَحْمَةِ أُذِنِ أَحَدِهِمْ إِلَى عَاتِقِهِ مَسِيرَةَ سَبْعِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ، وَغِلَظُ جِلْدِ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعًا وَضِرْسُهُ أَعْظَمَ مِنْ جَبَلِ أُحُدٍ» وَلَفْظُهُمَا وَاحِدٌ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The people of Hell will be made enormous in the Fire, until the distance between the earlobe of one of them and his shoulder becomes the distance of a seven-hundred-year journey, the thickness of his skin will be forty cubits, and his molar tooth will be bigger than Mount Uhud." And the wording of both narrators is the same.
