Thabit bin Atik al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), who was martyred with Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) on the day of the Bridge of al-Mada'in in the year 15

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيَّبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ: «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ قُتِلَ يَوْمَ الْجِسْرِ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، ثَابِتُ بْنُ عَتِيكٍ»
Ibn Shihab (may Allah have mercy on him) states, among the names of those martyred on the day of the Bridge, of the Ansar: Thabit bin Atik.
