حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي شَامِنَا، اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِي يَمَنِنَا» فَقَالَهَا مِرَارًا فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَفِي عِرَاقِنَا قَالَ: «إِنَّ بِهَا الزَّلَازِلَ، وَالْفِتَنَ، وَبِهَا يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, bless us in our Sham; O Allah, bless us in our Yemen." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said this several times, and on the third or fourth time the people said: O Messenger of Allah, and in our Iraq too? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There will be earthquakes and tribulations there, and from there the horn of Satan will emerge."
