حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فَضَاءٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بُدَيْلٍ الْيَامِيُّ، ثنا حَفْصٌ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ: بِـ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ، وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite "Qul ya ayyuha al-kafirun" and "Qul huwa Allahu ahad" in the Maghrib prayer.
