Nafi from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13328 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ تَوْبَةَ الْقَزْوِينِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الشُّفْعَةُ فِيمَا لَمْ تَقَعِ الْحُدُودُ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Pre-emption (shuf'ah) applies where boundaries have not been fixed; once the boundaries have been fixed, there is no pre-emption."
