Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13315 — in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الصَّائِغُ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثنا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: «أَنَّ جَيْشًا غَنِمُوا زَمَانَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامًا، وَعَسَلًا فَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمُسُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that in the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) an army took food and honey as spoils, and the khumus (one-fifth) was not taken from them.
