Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13203 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed two

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ شَطْرًا مِنْ إِمَارَتِهِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed two rak'ahs (while travelling), and so did Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), and Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) too during part of his caliphate (prayed two rak'ahs)."
