Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13074 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells date palms after they have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates it; and whoever sells a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates it."
