Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13062 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever touches his private part should perform ablution (wudu)."
